- I bought this One Line a Day journal at the beginning of 2022 after hearing Emily P. Freeman talk about it. It’s a 5-year journal, with a page for each date to write a small bit about that day over the five years. I’m a year plus one month into it, and I’m loving reading what happened on this date from the previous year. Highly recommend!
- I listened to Spare by Prince Harry, along with millions of other people, this month, and I loved it! It was a fascinating peek at royal life and his story. It was fun to listen to him read it. I know a lot of people have a lot of strong opinions about it, but overall, I thought it was a great read.
- My sister and I have created joint photo calendars for several members of our family for 10+ years for Christmas. They are always the most popular Christmas present. I create one for myself as well, so it’s one of my favorite things to hang up in January.
- I don’t have time to watch the news every day, but do like to keep up with the big events. The Newsworthy podcast is a short 10-15 minute recap of the prior day’s headlines, and I find it perfect for staying current on the big stories.
- This is my go-to protein drink that I often drink for lunch. It’s organic and filled with lots of healthy vitamins and minerals. I love the Creamy Chocolate flavor!
