November Favorites

I hope you enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday and found much to be thankful for! We enjoyed time with family and began decorating for Christmas this weekend.

Holiday shopping season has arrived, and I’ve included a few items that would make great gifts in my November Favorites posts. You can check out more ideas in my 2020 Gift Guide.

  • We watched the show Ted Lasso this month and it was a delight! It is on Apple TV and they offer a free trial if you’re not a subscriber. Ted Lasso (played by Jason Sudeikis) is an endearing American football coach who gets hired to be the manager of a soccer team in England. The show is funny and has so much goodness. I already want to watch it again! It is rated TV-MA 15+ for language. I’ve linked the trailer below.
  • This year, I’ve been using the 1 Second Everyday app. It’s like a video diary, where you use one second clips from each day to create a movie. It is easy to use and customize, but it is sometimes hard to remember to get a clip from each day. However, you can go back to previous days and fill in with photos or general life videos. This is one of my favorite new ways to keep memories.
  • My feet are always cold in the fall and winter, and these Lezly Koolaburra slippers are my favorite cozy slippers!
  • Sometimes, I don’t want to be burdened with a purse, but still need to carry my phone and a few other items. The Mare Phone Wallet from Able is my favorite grab and go clutch. The quality is superb. If you can catch it on sale, it would make a great gift!
  • I’ve been working my way through the 100 Days to Brave devotional by Annie F. Downs over the last couple of months and am really enjoying it! She encourages readers each day to take one small step toward living with intention to be brave.
